Built on advanced delivery science and biomimetic ingredients.

At the core of IDENEL’s innovation is the Peptaxel® Bio-Microneedling System. This breakthrough technology uses millions of RaphiTox™ spicules to create micro-channels in the skin, enhancing the absorption of high-potency actives such as bio-identical peptides, growth factors, ceramides, and antioxidants.

Revitalizing Nourishing Cream

Powered by Altum™ Peptide

Altum Peptide ensures the delivery of peptides to the deeper layers of the skin, which nourishes fibroblasts (cells responsible for the production of collagen and elastin). The skin is then smooth, radiant and firm.

Altum peptide is a combination of sea sponge microneedles and peptides. Thanks to it, active rejuvenating substances penetrate into the deepest layers of the epidermis, where ordinary preparations have no chance of reaching. It stimulates cell renewal and the production of collagen and elastin. Transform your skin in record time! Results after max. 5 uses.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can, but you should always apply SPF 50.

This is not recommended because it would overstimulate the skin. Cosmetics with retinoids can irritate the skin. Microneedles in the skin cause microcracks and ensure greater absorption of all active ingredients, in the case of retinoids, overstimulation of the skin could occur - redness and irritation. Therefore, only include retinoids in your cosmetic routine after completing the microneedling treatment.

It's a similar case with retinoids. Vitamin C in higher concentrations is a very strong ingredient, and when combined with microneedling, it could overstimulate and irritate the skin, so we recommend not combining it with microneedling.

Yes, but start slowly, once a week is recommended. Immediately after application, apply a thicker layer of regenerating soothing cream. Over time, the skin will get used to the procedure, and you can then increase the frequency of application to 1-2 times a week.

It depends on the skin type, it is individual, but at least after 3-5 uses.

For normal skin, there is a slight stinging/pins and needles sensation on the skin that you may feel for a longer period of time, but it is not painful.

As Altum Peptide needles penetrate deep into the skin, they cause micro-cracks, which are then felt as pinching or itching, especially in areas where there is less fat (neck, hands). Therefore, it is advisable to use a soothing cream to strengthen the skin barrier during application, ideal is IDENEL Locking Cream, which contains soothing regenerative ingredients, ceramides and lipids.

For skin that is not used to exfoliation, this is possible, as it removes dead skin cells. Treat it with Locking Cream moisturizer.

There is a gradual release of peptides in the deeper layers of the skin. Clinical studies have shown that 87.6% of the peptides attached to the needle (spicule) are released within the first 24 hours. The needles also continuously stimulate the skin like a laser for 72 hours, thereby supporting regeneration.

Sunbathing without SPF is not recommended, avoid activities that cause blood circulation to the face (demanding sports, sauna...).

To minimize irritation, it is advisable to wait a week between treatments to avoid skin irritation.

Wait 14 days after applying Botox, there is no restriction for fillers.

Altum peptide works as an ingenious transporter that delivers effective peptides to the lower layer of the epidermis, where conventional products have no chance of reaching, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin.

As Altum Peptide needles penetrate deep into the skin, they cause microcracks, which we then feel as tingling, especially in areas where there is less fat (neck, hands).

The skin on the hands is less sensitive.

Only 0.3% of active ingredients from conventional cosmetics reach the skin. Numerous expert studies prove that Altum Peptide can penetrate this barrier, which is why the effects of this treatment are so visible and many times higher than with conventional products.

Studies have shown that immediately after application, there are approximately 850 microneedles per mm2 of skin. They are gradually pushed upwards towards the surface of the skin by the skin cells, most of them leaving the skin within 72 hours, and all of them disappear within seven days. The skin cells also do this with dead cells as part of the skin's regeneration process, which is therefore also assisted by the elimination of microneedles.
